Festa Parade Participation Form

The U.P.S.E.S. Parade Participation Form is now open for the 117th Annual Festa do Espírito Santo from May 14-16, 2027. 

This beloved community tradition brings together families, children, and friends to celebrate Portuguese heritage through music, culture, and faith. Each year’s parade is a chance to honor our history and create lasting memories — and we’re thrilled to welcome new and returning participants.

• A new Parade Participation Form must be submitted every year. Prior participation does not guarantee placement.
• Please complete one form per family, listing each child’s name, age, and details carefully to help us plan efficiently.
• Double-check each participant’s outfit and shoe size to prevent delays during parade preparations.
• Forms must be submitted for all children participating — whether walking individually or as part of a group.
• Deadline: All forms must be submitted by February 1, 2027. Late submissions may not be guaranteed placement.
• We deeply appreciate our community’s early participation and support. By completing this form promptly,
  you help our volunteers organize a smooth, joyful, and memorable parade for everyone involved.
