The United Portuguese SES Inc. (UPSES) will be holding its annual General Assembly meeting also known as “Contas” on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 7pm. The purpose of this meeting is to provide our members our annual reports for 2020 as well as elect the 2021 Board of Directors.
We encourage all members of the UPSES to attend. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the meeting will be held via Zoom only. In person attendance by members will not be allowed. Link to the Zoom “Contas” Meeting is below. Access Code is 92106. We highly recommend you access the meeting 30 minutes in advance.
If you would like to become a member of the UPSES please visit our Hall Office Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 3pm. Our Hall Manager Andrea will be available to accept your Membership Application. All New Members will be approved at the “Contas” Meeting held on January 31st. Deadline is Friday, January 29th.
As you know, Festa and donations are our main source of income to the UPSES. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we were unable to host our annual Festa do Espirito Santo which decreased our income drastically in 2020.
